2024 PHCC National Annual Business Meeting

PHCC’s Annual Business Meeting is one of our most important meetings of the year, but it’s not effective – for you or for us – if we don’t get every member’s voice and vote on crucial decisions that not only impact our association but also your business and your industry. To make it more convenient for you, we’re excited to announce that this year’s meeting will be held virtually!

Make plans now to meet – for one hour, from the comfort of your home or office – on Tuesday, Sept. 17, from 2:30-3:30 p.m. ET. Register here (and get more details), and keep these important dates in mind:
  • Register to vote by Monday, Sept. 2.
  • Request an absentee ballot by Sunday, Aug. 18.
  • Return an absentee ballot by Monday, Sept. 2.
  • Prepare and submit resolutions and bylaws amendments by Friday, July 19.
