Work with Your Apprentices and Techs to Apply for a PHCC Educational Foundation Scholarship Today

Consider the return on investment for taking ONE hour to work with your apprentices or techs on applying for PHCC Educational Foundation scholarships.
Every scholarship win covers costs for apprentice or technician training and most of our awards are $3,000. If your company is paying for that training from what would otherwise be profit, do the math - how much revenue does it take for your company to generate $3,000 in profit?
| For a service shop earning 15% net profit, you must do $20,000 in customer work to earn that $3,000. |
|
For a construction contractor earning 3% net, you must do a $100,000 job to earn that $3,000. |
For an employee paying for their own training, the math is even more compelling. Spending onehour applying to earn a $3,000 scholarship award could provide a $22/hour apprentice the same funds they would earn from 136 hours of work!
There's no question - applying for a scholarship is the highest return on investment work you can have your employee perform today.ACCESS SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS HERE |
